To access the full range of br999 services — including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming promotions — you must register a br999 Account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:
br999 is required by its international gaming license obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance framework to conduct identity verification (KYC) of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC is a one-time process for each Account, though br999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks at any time where required.

All deposits and withdrawals on the br999 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods available to Players, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The available methods and their associated minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the Player's Account dashboard and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to a Player's br999 Account balance in real time or within the processing time displayed for each payment method. br999 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits. Players are responsible for any charges levied by their own payment service provider.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. br999 does not accept or process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) hour. br999 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of security, KYC, or AML checks without notice.
No Money Laundering: The br999 Platform may only be used for genuine gaming activity. Any attempt to use the Platform as a mechanism for money laundering — including but not limited to making deposits and requesting withdrawals without genuine gaming activity — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. br999 actively monitors for such activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies.
br999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All br999 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All casino games available on the br999 Platform — including but not limited to slot titles, live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar), crash games, and table games — operate using certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified by recognised international gaming testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed within the game interface and represents the theoretical long-run statistical return, not a guarantee of individual player outcomes.
Once a bet is placed and confirmed on the br999 Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed. Game results generated by the RNG or delivered via live dealer systems are final and binding. In the event of a technical fault during a game round that prevents the round from being completed normally, br999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's balance.
br999 reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings where there is reasonable suspicion that the winnings were generated by fraudulent means, software exploits, collusion, or technical errors not caused by br999's systems. Any winnings voided under this clause will be accompanied by a written explanation provided to the affected Player.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, br999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental — arising from or in connection with: (a) a Player's use of or inability to use the br999 Platform; (b) technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to Platform availability; (c) errors in game software not caused by br999's systems; (d) the outcome of any bet or wager placed on the Platform; or (e) any third-party payment processing delays or failures.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit br999's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by br999's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by br999; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Players participate in all br999 games and wagering activities at their sole risk. Gambling by its nature involves the risk of financial loss. br999 does not guarantee any minimum return on any wager or game session, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
br999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
In the event that an Account is closed by br999 as a result of a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed in circumstances other than a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which br999 holds its international gaming licence.
